The ability to communicate effectively in English in a business environment is a key skill which many employers look for in their employees. This 1-day workshop equips learners with the knowledge, skills and techniques to communicate verbally and deliver presentations in different business settings.

Learners are required to complete 2 modules over 8 hours.

Title: Speaking in English

Using English at informal settings
Using English during formal meetings
Using English for negotiation
Using appropriate body language position

Title: Presenting in English

preparing a coherently structured presentation
using body language and voice to convey the message
using small talk to engage the audience
utilising techniques to deal with problems and questions

Certificate:
